A major part of the lives of elders are spent
building and shaping the lives of
children and youth...yet do we care for them ?...Is it nor our responsibility
to take care of the elderly, protect
them from deprivation and shelter
them rather than dump them in old age
homes?? Those were some of the thought provoking questions posed by students
who are also
daughters-in-law while they attempted
to reminiscence own experiences during the ‘Thought for the Day’ programme in
IASE, today- 01 October 2019...the
day celebrated as International Day for
Elder Persons. Ms.Santhakumari, the senior-most
staff of the college office was honoured during the assembly.
