Health experts believe that regular exercise boosts our
confidence and helps improve self-esteem. Thanks to the initiative taken
by the Physical Education faculty of
IASE, Dr.Sreekala, it has now become possible to use an array of equipments
including Treadmill, Strength machines and a couple of functional training gear
in the College Health Centre.
Interestingly enough, since the inauguration of the Health Club the
staff and students have transformed the
Health Club into a hub of activity.
