113. Health Club Inauguration


"Fitness is zero percent investment with infinite returns”…so spoke Sri Narendra Modi, Hon. Prime Minister of India while launching the Fit India Movement on Thursday, 29 August 2019.


IASE, Thrissur timed the inauguration of the Health Club on the same day. Ms. Pooja Manoj a Dietitian cum Nutrition was the invited guest. Following the inauguration, the students  took part in a Zumba exercise fitness programme.
