IASE, Thrissur in association with Govt. Model Boys
Higher Secondary School organized a programme on World Restart A Heart Day. The
programme was inaugurated by the District Collector, Shri S.Shanavas IAS.
Restart a Heart Day is a
originally a global initiative developed by the European Resuscitation
Council, to raise awareness of the importance of
teaching members of the public how to help restart the heart of
someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest.
Multimedia presentations and demonstrations by medial doctors on ways of restarting the heart followed.
